Kade patterson, ms, ctrs
Kade is the Co-Founder and President of The Nest and Founder, Co-Owner and CEO of Get Rec'd. He is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. He has over 15 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities through adaptive sports and leisure opportunities. He is a disabled Army veteran and has a permanent physical disability.

He was awarded the 2022 Frank Basile Clinician of the Year through ATRA. He was also awarded SMART Entrepreneur of the Year for 2025. He is passionate about serving individuals with Disabilities and Veterans in Indiana.

Erin is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Nest and Co-Owner and Vice President of Get Rec'd LLC. Erin is a graduate of Slippery Rock University, obtaining a bachelor of science degree in Recreational Therapy, Philosophy, and Non-Profit Management and a minor in Animal Assisted Interventions in August of 2017. She enjoys spending the majority of her time outdoors with her animals. She loves the beach, bowling, watching movies, and crafts! Erin is excited to use her experiences to assist and support individuals in increasing their independence.
